Justin Lipscomb is the founding member and President of Moltus Building Group, with nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career in design and quickly moving into estimating and project management, he developed a strong foundation in conceptual design-build delivery—the core of Moltus’ work across the United States and Canada.

Justin’s responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, and strategic oversight of estimating and project teams. He supports pursuit strategy, contract negotiation, and early-phase project planning, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and design concepts are aligned from the outset. Under his leadership, Moltus has expanded its footprint into 30+ states and five Canadian provinces with a focus on complex commercial and industrial projects, leveraging a balanced perspective that combines design sensibility, commercial acumen, active problem solving, and practical construction experience.

Director of Project Management Cody Benish brings more than 20 years of experience delivering complex projects across North America, including large distribution and material-handling facilities, healthcare projects, theme parks, and aviation work. His background spans purchasing, engineering, and project management, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both design-build and specification-driven delivery.

At Moltus Building Group, Cody leads the project management function, setting expectations for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls. He works closely with owners, design partners, and field leadership to align scope, cost, and schedule, and to proactively manage risk on large, schedule-driven industrial projects. Cody has successfully managed more than 400+ million dollars in construction and remains engaged from early planning through closeout, providing consistent oversight and support to project managers while maintaining a strong focus on client relationships and repeat work.

Chief Financial Officer AJ Licht is responsible for Moltus Building Group’s overall financial strategy and operations. Before joining Moltus, he worked as a senior manager at a CPA firm, gaining extensive experience in construction industry taxation, consulting, and financial planning, and first came to know Moltus as its external CPA.

Since becoming CFO in 2021, AJ has focused on growth, financial stability, and long-term company sustainability. He oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, and banking relationships, working closely with company leadership and project teams to ensure Moltus has the financial strategies, controls, and resources necessary to support successful project execution.

Director of Construction Joe Stec brings more than three decades of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including large-scale warehouses and manufacturing facilities. His background spans the trades—carpentry, concrete, structural steel, and layout—along with field supervision and executive oversight, giving him a comprehensive view of the construction process from concept through completion.

At Moltus Building Group, Joe leads all field operations, overseeing Field Managers and working closely with Estimators and Project Managers to coordinate staffing, schedules, and coordination. He is responsible for ensuring that project execution aligns with contract requirements, safety standards, and owner expectations. Joe is known for his practical problem-solving, ability to identify issues before they affect cost or schedule, and commitment to strong working relationships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, supporting consistent, high-quality delivery on complex, schedule-sensitive projects.

Director of Safety and Human Resources Kim Bennett manages safety, risk, and HR programs across Moltus Building Group. She plans, directs, and implements the company’s safety program to support a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment, with attention to both physical safety and mental health, and oversees the provision of human resources services, policies, and programs.

Kim began her construction career in 2005 and has held various positions within Moltus, giving her valuable historical perspective on the company’s growth and operations. An American Red Cross instructor and OSHA trainer, she coordinates internal and external safety and mental health training for the Moltus team, supporting a strong safety culture and a well-equipped workforce.

Director of Business Development Jeremy Bockelman leads business development, corporate strategy, sales and marketing, and continuous improvement initiatives at Moltus Building Group. He focuses on building and managing client relationships, shaping go-to-market strategies in Moltus’ commercial and industrial sectors, and driving company-level improvement efforts that support growth and operational discipline.

Jeremy brings nearly 30 years of experience from executive roles in manufacturing, construction, and consulting. His background includes strategic planning, sales and operations management, and lean and continuous improvement work with businesses across Michigan and beyond. Known for his strategic, results-oriented, and collaborative approach, he works closely with executive leadership and project teams to align pursuits, capabilities, and long-term business objectives, helping Moltus for sustainable growth and stronger client partnerships.
