As the first development in a newly established industrial park, this project required full-scale infrastructure installation, including roads and all utility connections—power, data, sanitary, and gas—extending back to the site. One of the biggest challenges emerged during construction when an incorrectly mapped sanitary sewer line required real-time adjustments to ensure proper connections. To streamline site clearing, the team utilized an on-site incinerator for efficient disposal of trees and brush, keeping the project on schedule. Despite unexpected obstacles, including design modifications and infrastructure challenges, the project was successfully completed, establishing a strong foundation for future developments in the industrial park.
